I haven't hardly moved today. Sleep was awful! It just wouldn't work! I need to make sure I am getting enough rest. Getting my body regulated is so damn difficult!

I think IG is trying to stay out of trouble so maybe pulling things back so don't fall in with Tic Toc or Twitter and we might be seeing Twitter get shutdown with the way things is running on there
Yeah that is why I don't spend a lot of time on IG and I don't accept anyone's follow request and I have found reading there profile allows me to see if they are a scammer or catfishing another person's profile pics
