It's definitely as scary as it sounds. I wake up and it's been taking me a bit to know where I am, who I am, what is happening. For instance, I woke up this morning at 6 and let the pets outside and back in. When I woke up I looked around and had to remember this is where I live. This is my room, this is my cat and dog, this is my rv. I'm Heather. I need to drink water when I wake up and pee. While I pee I am looking at things around me recognizing what I need to do. I did them and went back to sleep because I recall being very tired and my heads still hurting.
