I think I woke up at 3am and 6am

I tried to pull up my oura ring data to see how it looked and I guess it ran out of battery without notice again. I've had it like 4 years.. time to get a new one. I need to see if they are still the best technology. I really don't want to get a watch 😐 I would much rather have a ring that isn't so obstructive.
