I have a bad feeling in my gut and I don't think I am sick... update - thank goodness that feeling dulled down!

I hate this feeling. I am a bit confused and feeling very guilty for allowing myself to be openly fucked off ... maybe this is my hormones again.. idk. I'm embarrassed 😳
